Asset Tracking

Our personnel provide critical support to the DoD for tracking assets, adjusting priorities, reducing backorders, determining logistics response time, identifying and qualifying vendors that can reduce production lead time, and filling critical shortages. Our familiarity with US armed forces logistics enterprises, vendors, distributors, repair sources and end users as well as the Defense Logistics Agency and multiple contract vehicles, allows us to provide the warfighter with what is needed.

Projects

TEAM wrote the government furnished equipment disposition document for the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) in support of the Iraq reconstruction effort. The purpose of the document was to outline the procedures that ensure the accurate accountability of all AFCEE-provided/government/furnished equipment (GFE), materiel (GFM), property (GFP) in the possession of AFCEE Contractors. The instruction emphasized the handling, transfer, disposition, disposal, and turn-in of GFE/M/P physically positioned in Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and any other location used by AFCEE contractors for logistical support.
