TEAM recognizes that the 21st Century SCM is a system of systems. Partnerships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers are all critical elements in the supply chain. Effective communication between and across these key elements is critical to the success of all parties. TEAM has the capability and experience to assess all elements of the supply chain, make recommendations, develop strategies, identify priorities and determine solutions.
TEAM developed a comprehensive document to define the processes used by the TF39 Engine Management Branch (EMB) at Tinker AFB, outline the history of analysis and decision outcomes within the TF39 community, describe the business processes implemented by the TF39 engineering staff and Workscoping Team, and identify future analysis requirements in order to further enhance the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program. The document explained the TF39 RCM guiding principles, team responsibilities and specific maintenance practices.
