TEAM provided a full range of A&AS services to the AFCEE’s staff, hierarchical principals and customer base pursuant to support of change management planning for its entire mission. One task included the complete spectrum of A&AS support categories; 1) management and professional; 2) studies, analyses, evaluation and 3) engineering and technical services. The specific scope of the task was to perform strategic analysis and develop perspective on venues within HQ AFCEE operations, staffing, and execution platforms, as well as to provide support to the AFCEE planning cell for strategic planning, data gathering, asset recognition and business solution development. TEAM provided optimal space utilization and enhanced AFCEE business lines.
