TEAM recognizes that access to concise data and strict project deliverables management are critical to successful execution. Program and Project Managers rely on precise and reliable information to rapidly detect problems, and in turn pursue vital corrective actions. TEAM provides a dynamic agenda through implementation of its program management processes. These processes are based on the Program Management Institute’s “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge”, which provides clear program management tasks, templates, and techniques to unfailingly meet projects objectives.
The San Antonio Integration Office (SAIO) Support Team has proposed and implemented the current Program Management Structure governing SAIO Program Management, demonstrating our capability to not only implement, but sustain a robust program management structure. Since August of 2006, we have worked with the Air Force to stand up a governance structure (the Executive Integration Oversight Board or EIOB) which is supported by a specific group of advisors and an additional group of stakeholders.
