TEAM provided unequalled GEITA05 support to Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment project managers supporting the reconstruction efforts in Baghdad, Iraq. TEAM consistently provided superior support to the mission and developed in excess of 75 Statements of Work for projects valued at over $1B. We monitored the execution of over $1B in Iraq, among 16 contractors, keeping track of schedule and performance. TEAM aided in market research, responses to industry, and developed the agency-level solicitation requirements and evaluation factors for Headquarters AFCEE under the first ever indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) MILCON construction contract. Design-Build-Plus (DB+) provides military family housing (MFH) and light commercial average task orders in the order of magnitude of $20,000,000 per task order for MFH efforts and $5,000,000 for light commercial. The contract carries a program ceiling of $450,000,000 over a five-year ordering period with up to 36 months for execution.
