TEAM was actively involved with providing litigation support for environmental- and construction-related programs for the former Lowry AFB. This included developing comprehensive document lists, invoice summaries, and cost reviews related to asbestos claims. Deliverables included numerous reports and tables evaluating and summarizing developer claims. TEAM has also been intimately involved in all stages of the ongoing litigation involving the Minuteman Village MFH project at Malmstrom AFB. This included preparing responses with the Air Force Material Command Law Offices/Judge Advocate for final motions compelled by court and supplemental requests for information from the Appellant.
