Projects
| We provided an on-site professional staff to augment the Army’s 411th BSB’s cross-functional team in implementing the ISO 14001-type Environmental Management Systems (EMS). TEAM developed and executed the EMS Implementation Plan for the 411th, which had to comply with DA, IMA-EURO, and Host-Nation requirements. We prepared a written plan which designated key personnel, outlined the process, and provided a detailed time schedule. TEAM conducted meetings, presented the project requirements, and obtained concurrence for the proposed plan. We reviewed past and current activities and interviewed relevant personnel to obtain an understanding of the current status. TEAM performed analysis of ECAS reports, internal audits, Natural Resource Management, Pesticide Management, Drinking Water, and Recycling Plans to complete the gap analysis. |
