Project Management

Project management roles within TEAM are designed to complement the successful execution of a military construction (MILCON) program. Our project managers effectively optimize their resources in order to yield exceptional results for clients. TEAM’s use of valuable communication skills and mediums allow our project managers to provide unparalleled levels of support not only to clients but to other TEAM members. We address risk management by following the Project Management Institute™ processes as outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge© : Risk Planning, Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Response Planning and Monitoring and Control.

Projects

TEAM provides construction management support to J7 for the reconstruction of Iraq. This includes building forts, dorms, police stations, and schools. Over the past two years, TEAM has effectively supported this client in all aspects of required experience, construction contracting, statements of work, submittal reviews, contractor billings, master scheduling, master project planning, project tracking and reporting, cost estimating, analysis of contractor claims for time extensions and compensation. We also design statements of work, advise on designers, review design submittals, review designer’s schedules, monthly billings, and changes.
