Our staff has global capabilities within the community of the United States Department of Defense Military Construction (MILCON) program. TEAM has an outstanding history of managing our client’s mission with specific metrics to ensure adherence to cost and time schedules and providing dynamic management policies while continuously seeking the most efficient practices.
TEAM supports the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) MILCON Program. Our task focuses on assisting AFCEE in developing and enhancing core Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) capabilities for housing, dormitories, medical facilities, and other construction programs. TEAM provides services in organizational analysis, business process improvement, acquisition and execution strategy development, marketing analysis and marketing materials development, financial management strategy and tool development, implementation planning, performance analysis and metric development, development of prioritization strategies, and asset (housing) strategic planning.
