Military Construction (MILCON)

Our design and construction experience within the MILCON arena includes Medical, Line, and Housing. TEAM’s execution strategies are congruent with our understanding of the processes, planning, levels of design, data flow, and reporting lines of communication at all levels of the process. Our MILCON activity encompasses comprehensive solicitation and execution support requirements for Title I services, Title II services, construction contract services, and other AE services.

Projects

TEAM provides construction management support to J7 for the reconstruction of Iraq. This includes building forts, dorms, police stations, and schools. Over the past two years, TEAM has effectively supported this client in all aspects of required experience construction contracting, statements of work, submittal reviews, contractor billings, master scheduling, master project planning, project tracking and reporting, cost estimating, analysis of contractor claims for time extensions and compensation. We also design statements of work, advise on designers, review design submittals, review designer’s schedules, monthly billings, and changes.
