Family Housing

TEAM is the primary support contractor to Headquarters Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) for management and maintenance of its Air Force Family Housing Master Plan (AFFHMP). The program has evolved from compiling housing market analyses, market studies, and housing community profiles to maintenance and data management and analysis for requirements projection across the 104,000 unit inventory.

Projects

On one project for the Military Family Housing (MFH)/Military Construction Program, TEAM focuses on assisting the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE)/Housing Directorate, Military (HDM) in developing and enhancing core Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) capabilities for housing, dormitories, medical facilities, and other construction programs. TEAM provides quantitative reviews and evaluations of programs that assist the AFCEE in selection for cost and schedule deliverables to ensure appropriate levels of reporting, establishing metrics and cost factors, and data analysis. This support includes independent evaluations of other AFCEE contractors, project status reporting, and development of Estimates at Completion (EAC). TEAM provides organizational analysis, business process improvement, acquisition and execution strategy development, marketing analysis, and marketing materials development.
