TEAM understands the initial charrette planning stage is one of the most important parts of the design process. Planning processes that will address expectations and discuss the overall requirements is an essential first step. We bring together a highly qualified Project Action Team (PAT) which includes all stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution.
TEAM provides support to the reprogramming efforts at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea Military Family Housing. Since housing was programmed to be placed on the existing site where the civil engineer squadron was located, a new site package (complete with cost, infrastructure capacity analysis, airfield clearance requirements package, environmental analysis, site configuration, facility layout, application of realigned family housing size standards, and requirements document development inclusive of force protection mandates) was rolled into a concise DD Form 1391 for submission through Headquarters Pacific Air Forces to Air Staff, Secretary of the Air Force and Congress, in-turn. The products stemming from the programming charrette were heralded by PACAF as setting a new standard for programming charrette activity.
