BRAC

TEAM provides full-spectrum Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) support to the government. Our logistics personnel have effectively provided assistance with the transfer of data, assets, materiel, equipment, and personnel between major depot repair facilities. Our experience provides us with the ability to effectively, inventory, track and prioritize movement between channels for our clients. Experienced personnel have a deep understanding of the BRAC issues that accompany large scale realignment and have developed communication processes that reduce human stressors, lessen natural fears and provide venues for personnel to communicate concerns.

Projects

TEAM provided strategic, technical, and financial management support for execution of Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) programs. AFRPA senior staff and base environmental coordinators (BECs) consistently praised TEAM’s responsiveness, technical capability, and the quality of technical and financial support products. The AFRPA senior representative, management staff and BECs routinely relied on TEAM for preparation of work submitted to the Director of AFRPA, Division C, AFRPA attorneys, and local, state and federal regulatory agencies. TEAM’s program management and engineering support was provided to AFRPA for all bases under the Kelly Regional Operating Location (KROL). Bases include Williams, England, Bergstrom, Carswell, and Eaker AFB. SAIO The San Antonio Integration Office (SAIO) Support Team has proposed and implemented the current Program Management Structure governing SAIO Program Management, demonstrating our capability to not only implement, but sustain a robust program management structure. Since August of 2006, we have worked with the Air Force to stand up a governance structure (the Executive Integration Oversight Board or EIOB) which is supported by a specific group of advisors and an additional group of stakeholders.
