Design Charrettes

TEAM facilitates and chairs a wide array of charrette activity: planning, programming, and design. We have an in-brief, over-the-shoulder brief, and out-brief with stakeholders in order to ensure local buy-in to developments stemming from the charrette process.

Our process of facilitation during a design charrette includes site visits followed by a series of interviews which provide a true understanding of the conditions on the ground followed by the evolution of options to be analyzed for cost compliance within programming parameters.
