Environmental Site Assessments

TEAM assists with Title I and Title II Environmental Site Assessments. We conduct site visits to determine if land is compliant with federal regulations and provide strategies to achieve regulatory compliance.

Projects

TEAM performed an Endangered Species Habitat Assessment on a 450 acre tract under consideration for private development in Comal County, Texas. The property was inspected for ecological communities similar to those known to provide habitat for threatened or endangered bird species. A TEAM biologist conducted inspections of the property and reviewed topographic, multi-spectral, and aerial maps of the project region. TEAM identified a portion of the property with habitat potentially capable of supporting golden-cheeked warblers (Dendroica chrysoparia).
